Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating, so you will be comfortable in summer and winter alike.
Is the pool private?
Yes, the villa has a large private outdoor pool for the exclusive use of guests.
What is the kitchen like?
It is a separate, fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cookware so you can cook just like at home.
Are there beaches and restaurants nearby?
Yes. The nearest beaches (Solsida, Mascarat and La Olla) are 2.6 to 4 km away, and a short drive takes you to Marina Greenwich and the restaurants, bars and leisure areas of Altea and Calpe.
How do I book?
Send us a request through the form on our website with your dates and number of guests, or message us directly on WhatsApp.
How and when do I pay?
Depending on the rate you choose (not every rate is available on all dates), the advance payment is:
Flexible rate: the first night, refundable until the date stated in the offer.
Non-refundable rate: the full amount, with no refund possible.
Payment is made by bank transfer.
When is the final price confirmed?
As soon as we receive your request, we will email you the total price and the booking terms.
Can I cancel?
It depends on the rate. The exact cancellation terms are included in the offer email, together with the final price of your stay.
Can I change my dates?
Yes, subject to availability. Let us know as early as possible and we will do our best to find a solution.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at no extra charge, under one condition: they must not be left alone in the house if they bark, howl or disturb the neighbours.
Is there parking?
Yes, the villa has free private parking within the property, and street parking is also available.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the villa.
